If you win, you’ll be notified by email and your winnings will be credited to your LottosGold account. Larger prizes may require identity verification and can be paid out directly to your bank account. Any prize money won from a ticket purchased through our Lottery Ticket Purchasing Service belongs entirely to the rightful ticket holder, subject only to any applicable taxes, fees, or deductions imposed by the lottery operator or relevant authorities. For major prize wins, our customer support team will assist you throughout the prize-claim process to help ensure your winnings are collected as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Refunds are not normally available for lottery ticket purchases. However, if a draw is scheduled more than 14 days in the future, we may be able to process a refund or make changes to your order, as your ticket may not yet have been purchased. All refund and amendment requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and approval remains at LottosGold discretion.
